요강안내

1. 응모내용 : 교회의 절기(사순절,부활절, 성탄절,성령강림절,추수감사절 등) 와 교회행사(교회창립 등) 및 예배에 맞는 순수창작곡 (국악 포함)

2. 응모자격 : 세례교인 (연령제한 없음)

3. 부 문 :
   1) 칸타타 (40분 이내)
   2) 합창곡 (10분 이내)
   3) 관현악곡 (20분 이내)
   4) 독창곡 (7분 이내/ CCM제외)
※ 응모곡은 한 번도 다른 공모전에 응모하지 않은 미발표 순수창작곡에 한함
※ 칸타타와 합창곡의 경우 50~60명의 합창단을 위한 곡이어야 하고, 모든 곡은 오케스트라 반주를 포함하여야 함 (단, 독창곡만 피아노 반주곡 가능)

5. 접수기간 : 2020년 02월 17일 (월) ~ 2020년 02월 22일 (토) (6일간)
※ 우편접수는 2020년 2월 21일(금)까지의 한국 우체국 소인 날인분에 한하며, 2월 22일(토)은 당일특급만 가능 (당일특급 가능한 지역 반드시 우체국에 확인 바람)

6. 제출서류 : 
   1) 신청서 1부 (홈페이지(www.agapefestival.kr)에서 양식서 다운로드)
   2) 악보
       가) B4 사이즈의 총보 6부와 파트보 1부 (모두 양면복사)
       나) 악보에 제목만 표기 (한글 or 영어)
       다) 악보에 학교명이나 상호, 작곡자 이름 기재 금지 (제목 이외의 개인정보 기재 시 심사대상에서 제외)
   3) 작품해설 (글자크기 12pt, A4용지 2장 이내)
   4) 음원파일 (USB)
   5) 세례교인증명서 1부 (홈페이지(www.agapefestival.kr)에서 양식서 다운로드)

8. 심사 일정 : 
   1) 2020년 2월 24일 이후 <아가페 교회음악 창작공모위원회>에서 위촉한 심사위원들의
       가. 1차 심사 : 악보 및 음원심사로 본선 진출곡 선정
       나. 본선(실연 심사) : 2020년 5, 6월 중 월드글로리아센터 (자세한 날짜 추후 홈피공지)
       다. 시상 및 축하공연 : 추후 결정
※ 본선 진출자는 2020년 3월 말경 홈페이지(www.agapefestival.kr)를 통해 공지

9. 수상작 결정 :
   1) 악보 및 음원심사로 본선 진출작 결정 후 주최측에서 지정한 ‘연주단체’ 및 ‘개인 연주자’ 에 의한 본선 실연주 심사로 최종 수상작 결정
   2) 독창곡에 한하여 본선진출자가 직접 ‘개인 연주자’ 섭외 가능
   3) <아가페 교회음악 창작공모위원회>는 본선 실연심사에 관한 1)에 대한 소요경비만 부담하는 것을 원칙으로 한다

10. 시상내역 및 상금 :
    1) 상장 및 상금 수여
         가. 대상(전체1명) : 20,000,000원
         나. 최우수상(전체1명) : 10,000,000원
         다. 우수상(부문별 O명) : 각 5,000,000원
         라. 장려상(부문별 O명) : 각 2,000,000원
    ※ 시상금은 제세공과금 공제 후 지급
   2) 시상내역은 변경될 수 있음

11. 기타사항 :
     1) 제출된 서류는 절대 반환하지 않으며 심사 이후 파기함
     2) 모든 사항은 <아가페 교회음악 창작공모위원회>의 사정에 의해 조정될 수 있음
     3) 응모는 1인 다수곡 가능
     4) 표절 혹은 기발표된 곡으로 밝혀질 경우 당선 취소될 수 있으며, 모든 책임은 응모자 본인이 짐
     5) 일정 수준 미달 시 당선작 없을 수도 있음
     6) 당선된 작품의 저작권은 작곡자 본인에게 있으나, 창작곡의 사용권은 주최자가 정하는 기간과 단체에서의 연주 등에 관한 별도의 규정에 의거하여 주최자의 권리임을 동의함을 원칙으로 함

1. Entry content :
Self-composition music (including gukak, Korean classical music) based on the Bible (verse, person, event/episode, etc.) that is fit for a particular church calendar (Lent, Easter,Whitsunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, etc.) or church event

2. Qualification : Baptized member of a congregation (no age restriction)

3. Category : 
    1) Cantata (within 40 min)
    2) Choir music(within 10 min)
    3) Orchestra music(within 20 min)
    4) Solo music (within 7 min/ excluding CCM)
 ※The entry piece must be a purely self-composed piece that has never been submitted to any other contest
 ※The Cantata and choir music piece must be composed for 50~60 people choir; and all pieces must be composed to include two (2) orchestral brass instruments

5. Entry period : February 17, 2020 (Mon) ~ February 22, 2020(Sat)
         ※Entry applications must be mailed by February21, 2020(in Korea time)

6. Entry documents : 
    1) One (1)application form (available at www.agapefestival.kr)
    2) Music score
         A. 6 copies of the full score and 1 copy of the part scores in size B4 (all double-paged)
         B. State the score title only (Korean or English)
         C. Stating school name, company name, composer name are strictly prohibited (Any score that states any of the above is excluded from review)
    3) Explanation of music/work (font size 12pt;within 2 A4 pages)
    4) Audio file(USB)
    5) One (1)certificate of baptism

8. Review Period : 
    1) February 24, 2020~
        A. First screening : up to 9 pieces will be selected for the finals
        B. Finals (actual performance review): Mayor Jun.2020 at the World Gloria Center located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Korea
        C. Awards & Celebration Performance : To be announced
※Final contestants will be announced 

9. Determination of prize winning music :
    1) After deciding the finalists on score and music review, the final winner will be decided upon live performance of the finalists.  The performance will be played by performing group and individual performers designated by the orgnizers.
    2) Individual performer(s) can be selected by the finalists themselves only for solo pieces
    3) In princile, the Agape Church Music Composition Consent Committee will bear/cover expenses related to the final contest/performance stated above in 1).

10. Award details & prize :
     1) Certificate of award & prize money award
         A. The grand prize award(one contestant) : 20,000,000 KRW
         B. Highest Standing Award(one contestant) 10,000,000 KRW
         C. Excellence award (up to 9 contestants) : 5,000,000 KRW each
         D. Participation prize (up to 9 contestants) : 2,000,000 KRW each
※taxes and public utilities’ charges will be deducted from the prize money
     2) Privileges :Public performance by a performance group appointed by the sponsor among the award winners
     3) Award details are subject to change

11. Miscellaneous :
     1) Submitted documents will not be returned and will be disposed after review
     2) All details may be subject to change by <AgapeChurch Music Composition Competition Committee>
     3) Multiple entries (by one contestant) are allowed
     4) Review results will be annulled if the music is discovered to be plagiarized or already published, and the contestant bears any and all responsibilities associated with such plagiarism and/or prior publication
    5) Theremay be no award if all entries are below standard
    6) By entering into this composition competition, the contestant agrees that the copyright to the award-winning music vests in the composer him/herself; however, the user’s right (including the period and performers) vests in the sponsor.
